Long before marketing became my profession, gaming was my passion.

For most of my life, games have been more than entertainment, they have been a source of community, creativity, storytelling, and inspiration. From competitive multiplayer experiences and esports to narrative-driven adventures and independent titles, gaming has shaped many of the ways I think about communication, engagement, and human connection.

Over the years, that passion has extended beyond simply playing games. I've pursued a variety of gaming-related projects and experiences, including content creation, podcasting, livestreaming, community building, amateur esports involvement, coaching, event coverage, and gaming-focused marketing initiatives. These efforts have provided opportunities to better understand the unique relationship between players, creators, developers, and the communities that bring games to life.

One of the most notable experiences came through a partnership between LakePoint Sports and XP League, where I supported social media and brand development, commentator coverage, community engagement, competitive team coaching, and esports event promotion. Working within youth esports offered a firsthand look at the power of gaming communities and the growing role interactive entertainment plays in bringing people together.

Whether through professional marketing, creative side projects, podcasts, livestreams, community management, or competitive gaming, my connection to the industry has remained constant. The same passion that inspired me as a player continues to drive my long-term goal of contributing to the games and communities that inspire others.

For me, gaming has never been just a hobby; it has always been the destination.
